You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic change initiatives within Global Markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing operational efficiency. This role offers competitive compensation ( $58.91/hour ) over a 7-8 month contract period.

This onsite position is available in either New York, NY, Waltham, MA, or Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, and SFTR.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in transaction reporting or regulatory compliance within Global Markets.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis:

  • Analyze complex regulatory changes (e.g., MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SFTR) and their impact on Global Markets operations.

  • Develop comprehensive business cases and requirements for change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

  • Identify and evaluate potential solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

  • Project Management:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple change projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.

  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address any risks or issues.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Work closely with regulatory teams to understand and interpret regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.

Pay Details: $58.91 per hour
