Join Adecco and discover a rewarding career opportunity as a Financial Project Manager ! We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic change initiatives within Global Markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing operational efficiency. This role offers competitive compensation ( $58.91/hour ) over a 7-8 month contract period.
This onsite position is available in either New York, NY, Waltham, MA, or Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, and SFTR.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in transaction reporting or regulatory compliance within Global Markets.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Analyze complex regulatory changes (e.g., MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SFTR) and their impact on Global Markets operations.
Develop comprehensive business cases and requirements for change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.
Identify and evaluate potential solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Project Management:
Manage and coordinate multiple change projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address any risks or issues.
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Work closely with regulatory teams to understand and interpret regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.
Pay Details: $58.91 per hour
