Citigroup FP&A Senior Lead Analyst in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a FP&A Senior Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Provide financial oversight, generation of new ideas and structure, and quantify the benefits that Transformation will bring to the firm. Work with Business/Function Lead Finance Officers (LFOs) to coordinate Monthly Financials reporting for transformation, ensuring consistency of Program Group coverage as well as system connectivity. Develop and implement Citi-Wide investment tracking strategies and processes. Develop and implement financials and insights into transformation execution to support reporting to Cross Sub-Portfolio Group and Citi’s Transformation Oversight Committee of the Board of Directors. Partner with finance LFOs to create comprehensive financial plans of the initiatives. Liaise and coordinate finance related matters across Global Citi Functions and EO&T businesses involved in Transformation Programs partner closely with their finance counterparts in the business/functions, creating monthly and quarterly communications. Participate on project teams and develop and define transformation drivers into KPIs and financial benefits. Provide financial reports and analytical tools, including key financial metrics, quarterly performance, trends in expenses, projected benefits. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 7 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an FP&A Senior Lead Analyst, FP&A Senior Manager, Business Analysis Manager, or related position involving financial planning and business analytics for a global financial services institution. 7 years of experience must include: Developing and implementing financials; Conducting financial analysis, and communicating results and actionable recommendations; Communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights and results to both technical audiences and C-suite stakeholders; and Knowledge of finance concepts including profits & losses, balance sheet accounts, and ratios for Consumer banking. 1 year of experience must include: Leveraging Think Cell, PowerPoint TM1 & Tableau; and Utilizing tableau to create interactive dashboards including transformation data.
