Dow Jones General Manager - Enterprise Content Business in NEW YORK, New York
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to build, grow, and lead our enterprise content business. This strategic leadership role will drive business growth, product strategy, and operational excellence across our B2B content offerings—including Wall Street Journal Corporate Subscriptions, Factiva, and Newswires.
This newly created role will unify our enterprise content offerings to create a seamless Dow Jones experience for corporate customers. The position involves developing and executing the strategic vision for Dow Jones' Enterprise content business, building the future product vision, structuring strategic partnerships, setting operational targets, owning the P&L, and collaborating across sales, marketing, and product functions to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead product vision and roadmap development for enterprise content solutions
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
Drive innovative offerings through strategic partnerships
Business Operations
Own P&L responsibility for the enterprise content business
Drive operational efficiency and scale across all business functions
Establish and monitor key performance indicators
Team Leadership
Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Develop and mentor team members to drive performance and growth
Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive experience in business leadership roles
Proven track record of scaling B2B businesses and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of enterprise software/content solutions and market dynamics
Experience in digital transformation and product innovation
Highly developed network of people of influence in the business world
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Required Skills:
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Experience in managing complex, matrix organizations
Track record of successful P&L management

Pay Range: $430,000 - $500,000
