ByteDance Inc. Growth Marketing Manager, SMB Growth (Multiple Positions) in New York, New York

Responsibilities Develop the strategy and execution of global growth marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement of our SMB (Small to Medium Business) products and features leveraging paid and organic channels. Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies, utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel. Partner with local marketing to build marketing content for client growth. Partner with product teams to develop and improve our internal campaign management platform. Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing customers. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the company, including sales, acquisition, product marketing, product etc. to identify areas of opportunities, and create & test project plans and scale. Improve existing programs by consistently monitoring revenue progress, identify actionable insights to improve revenue and retention performance, and testing out new tactics to beat goals and respond to changes in the market. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Identifying leading metrics and objectives for marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing campaigns based on analysis results to assist management realize revenue growth and customer retention; Providing marketing project management, including the following: (1) Creating project plans by setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; and (2) performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the project standards; and Designing the overall strategy for A/B testing, executing the experimentation, and optimizing testing based on analysis and results. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Providing marketing growth strategy, including the following: (1) Developing all-channel go-to-market plan and analyzing opportunity size for company's products or product features; and (2) creating and launching marketing campaigns and conducting test-and-learn campaigns to test on hypothesis and assumptions; and Conducting market research and audience testing for company's products and product features. Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 5%.
