US Tech Solutions Growth Marketing Strategist in New York, New York

Job Description:

  • Growth Lab is a central team within Marketing at Client.

  • We enable, promote, and operationalize the use of Growth marketing tactics, channels, and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and advise on experiments and learning agendas, providing consultative guidance and enabling testing.

  • Run growth communities and collect best practices across Marketing teams to share broadly with the entire organization.

Top 3 Responsibilities:

  • Manage upcoming campaign launches based on the product roadmap and priority use cases, ensuring timelines and clear ownership while coordinating among cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, and marketing teams, to identify and address any roadblocks or potential issues.

  • Prepare analysis and communicate progress regularly to Marketing and Product teams. Foster relationships across the organization and seniority levels through quality communications.

  • Manage the creation and adoption of new features, tools, processes, and platforms that support promo deployment in collaboration with Engineering and Marketing Ops teams.

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

  • Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple large and complex projects with various cross-functional stakeholders and time zones, and constantly adjusting project priorities according to business needs.

  • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong ability to effectively influence and communicate with cross-functional internal stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

  • Able to drive consultative conversations, relay analytical insights, and manage difficult conversations with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Campaign Management (subscription and app-related marketing experience is a plus).

  • Possess impeccable executive-level communication skills; will preside over internal executive committees as governance lead.

  • Experience influencing and collaborating with engineering and product teams to support marketing technology tool improvements and integrations.

  • Ability to analyze campaign results and visualize insights and learnings in an engaging way; strong slide-making skills are important.

  • Analytical skills and experience with data, metrics, and A/B experiments.

Desired:

  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.

  • Previous growth marketing experience at a tech company is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
