Description We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. The role will primarily involve analyzing pay scales, advising on salary structures, and potentially working on a remote basis. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze the company's current salary structure, including grading levels A, B, and C
• Provide insightful advice on potential salary adjustments based on your analysis
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to facilitate your tasks
• Use Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) and Ceridian to streamline your work processes
• Apply your knowledge of HCM and About Time in managing your duties
• Oversee Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration, ensuring all employees are compensated fairly
• Ensure Compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Participate in Hiring Processes, providing input on potential candidates' salary expectations
• Start by the 27th of the month, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Ability to use Ceridian effectively
• Expertise in HCM (Human Capital Management) software
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Understanding of Benefit Functions within HR
• Experience in Compensation Administration
• Knowledge of Compliance requirements in HR
• Proficiency in Hiring Processes and best practices
