Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our team within the Manufacturing industry, located in New York, New York. The HR Associate will be a key player in maintaining and improving the HR functions, including HRIS reporting, compensation reporting, and being the first point of contact for employee questions. This role involves a heavy focus on data management and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HRIS reporting, ensuring all data are accurate and up-to-date

• Manage compensation reporting, providing necessary data for decision-making

• Serve as the frontline for employee inquiries, offering timely and appropriate responses

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions

• Conduct hiring processes in line with company policies and standards

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR operations

• Foster good employee relations and create an amicable work environment

• Utilize advanced Excel formulas for efficient data management and analysis

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, promoting open and transparent communication

• Execute benefit functions, ensuring all employees understand and can access their benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Human Resources field

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is a MUST

• Familiarity with benefit functions, including enrollment and administration

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations and laws related to human resources

• Experience in handling employee relations issues effectively

• Proficiency in hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Strong ability in using Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
