Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description
We are currently seeking an Interior Designer with experience in multifamily, cultural, educational, and/or institutional projects. The Interior Designer will work alongside other Interior Designers to develop and design the interiors for a major institutional project in NYC. There will be opportunities in the future to design interiors for multi-family residential and cultural projects.
Responsibilities
Produce drawings and renderings
Create presentations for clients
Work with construction documents
Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
Mentor junior designers on projects
Essential Skills
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
6+ years of professional experience
Proficiency in Revit
Experience designing large scale and complex projects in educational, civic, healthcare, and multi-family sectors
Strong understanding of design and technical aspects of projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate well with internal and external team members and consultants
Work Environment

Th e office is open and spacious, overlooking the water with plenty of natural light.
Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The work hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
