We're hiring an eager and exceptional International Admin Assistant to support the Director, International, as well as other members in the department and the company. We're looking for candidates with meticulous organizational skills who pay close attention to detail, and are capable of working autonomously. Candidates must be able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do:
  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel and provide admin support for the international Marketing Director and back-up support for other members of the department as needed.
  • Create Ultra brand and priority presentations for Director of International;
  • Track/evaluate market and historical sales and provide charting & analytical insights;
  • Update monthly status reports and sales information on behalf of Ultra artists;
  • Communicate on a global basis, in writing and orally, regarding label and artists releases;
  • Liaise with record and artist promotions and other Sony labels internationally to develop relationships & partnerships to gain market knowledge, coordinate marketing strategy, and facilitate media, promotions, and distribution-related requests and activities;
  • Create copy & maintain mailing and e-mail lists, databases, files and other assets for the department.
  • Assist with DSP pitching and asset distribution for (Latin America, Canada, Spain, Nordics, Australia + other)
  • Liaise with indie publicists, radio and TV pluggers for international record promotion;
  • Liaise with artist management and tour agencies to schedule artist promotions internationally;
  • Oversee promotions of Ultra artists and the preparation of marketing materials for Senior Management, clients, and distributors;
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing budgeting, artist merchandise, travel arrangements, and marketing strategies for artists;
  • Provide general administrative support and other duties as needed and directed;
  • Act as a liaison between Finance department and international department;
    • Set up new vendors - including collecting and reviewing relevant tax documentation.
    • Create purchase orders (POs).
    • Assist with maintaining and tracking of marketing budgets.
Who you are:
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Outstanding writing and analytical skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple projects with minimal direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You must be a team player; have the ability to create & maintain strong relationships with co-workers, artists, managers, attorneys, etc.
  • Being passionate about electronic music is a plus!

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Pay Range
$45,000-$55,000 USD
