ELC Beauty LLC Inventory Manager, Brand Operations in New York, New York

DUTIES: Support our Global Brand Operations in meeting and improving cost and inventory objectives through global inventory and logistics analysis, budgeting, and review. Identify and analyze those areas to budget and meet inventory business objectives. Assist in the operational analysis and efficiency planning to inform yearly targets for brands and regions. Report to senior managers within Regional Brand, Global Brand, and Supply Chain with respect to that analysis, cost reduction, and growth planning. Identify continuous improvement in inventory performance by reviewing and analyzing the lifecycle and movement. Use inventory information and brand intelligence to identify inventory reduction opportunities through MOQ reduction and late-stage differentiation. Support the Branded Sku Transition and Retirement (STAR) team in twice yearly line edit execution, including performance and growth plan. Work with CRSM/GDP and SC cross-functional teams to support the operational business KPI’s related to Global Customer Service. Execute on the Global SKU Retirement Processes, the Global Line Edit/Line Maintenance process, Inventory control for Phase In-Phase Out (Soft Phase). Track liabilities and inventory management with objective of minimizing destructions.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field and One (1) year experience in Logistics, Inventory, Pricing, Demand or a Procurement position. One (1) year experience interpreting data related to Inventory availability, reliability, and sourcing, as well as Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Demand Planning, New Product Launch, and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) Portfolio Management. One (1) year experience identifying, communicating, and participating in the resolution of critical areas of risk, and related mitigation strategies, to key stakeholders. One (1) year experience analyzing product delivery processes to identify and recommend best practice solutions, including cost containment methods, related to inventory deployment and allocation of goods by working in collaboration with Regional Supply Planning Teams. One (1) year experience monitoring the flow of inventory, using the following technology platforms: Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, Excel, VBA Macro, SAP ECC and APO system, Cornerstone PDS, TLM, and GMW.

Minimum Salary: 82,500 Maximum Salary: 135,500 Salary Unit: Yearly
