Summary:

The Digital Product Strategy Senior Associate will report into the Go-to-Market and Commercial Value function of Product, Experience, and Technology and work on multiple initiatives critical to the successful design, development, and ongoing execution of a multifaceted Wealth Management digital product experience (Wealth Plan and other initiatives). They should be highly entrepreneurial in nature with both an affinity for strategy and a proven record of effective implementation.

Job Summary:

As the Senior Associate on the Digital Product Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in different strategic initiatives around digital product go-to-market. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are not only excited about the latest technology and trends but also possess strong capabilities in problem-solving, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, communication, and collaboration with various businesses and functional areas across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

The candidate should be highly entrepreneurial in nature with both an affinity for strategy and a proven record of effective implementation. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define product strategy, business value, and MVP scope based on customer insights and market research.

  • Prepare strategic material on different topics of the product for senior executive review, including presentations for regular business reviews; develop and/or monitor OKR performance and provide financial forecasting.

  • Drive change management and field readiness processes in advance of Pilot and General Audience release.

  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product features.

  • Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses.

  • Direct strategic thinking and approach, quickly identifying the most critical aspects of problems and the most appropriate structure on individual engagements.

  • Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources.

  • Identify implications of data and analysis with the team.

  • Support cross-product prioritization and highlight potential risks in the proper venues.

  • Enable omni-channel roll-out and feedback collection for both client and advisor.

  • Drive AI enablement initiatives, including training programs, strategic communications, digital transformation strategies, and the development of an AI-agent ecosystem.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, digital product management, or similar roles, preferably with experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business managing strategic or transformational change.

  • Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills - ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels.

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Passionate about learning new trends in the industry and be on the consistent lookout for AI evolvement.

  • Experience being part of a delivery team that spans multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities, ultimately launching a new/enhanced product to market.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, say 'no' when required, and ensure our organization is on track to execute against the product roadmap and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.

  • Ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations. Contribute by sharing diverse points of view and help build consensus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • "Self-starter" with the ability to manage modules and problem-solve with a certain level of guidance.

  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in management consulting and digital product desired.

  • M.B.A. or graduate degree in a relevant field desired.
