In DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN, NYC (Semi-Remote Position): Our client - full-service plaintiff-side law firm based in New York City’s Financial District - is searching for a team of JD's/Jr. Attorneys to support a large scale ADA litigation project. Role will involve legal research and light motion practice around the Americans w/ Disabilities Act, and so is a jr. attorney writing job around employment discrimination matters, while also including some negotiation with opposing counsel, etc. The ideal candidate for this position would a be a JURIS DOCTORATE, and role will provide necessary training. Position is fully remote however will require some initial in-office training at firms Downtown NYC location. REQUIRED / IDEAL SKILLSET

• Ability to start as soon as possible (i.e. within one week)

• Ability to commute to DOWNTOWN, NYC for training (and work remotely shortly thereafter)

• Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field

• Skills in briefing and legal writing

• Comprehensive knowledge of disability law and disability discrimination

• Strong legal research skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
