WSP is seeking a Lead Consultant, Project Controls for our New York City office.
Your Impact
Job Duties:
Responsible for Developing, updating, and analyzing detailed execution schedules for big programs including buildings and infrastructure projects in Primavera P6.
Prepare monthly updates, create variance reports
Identify schedule activities that control the overall construction time or the critical path
Assessment of contractor monthly schedule updates and supporting analysis of time delay claim
Perform time impact analyses (TIA) and forensic delay analysis to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays during construction
Identify and measure the impact any change has on a project(s) schedule
Communicate and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project Team and Executive Management
Conducting baseline schedule reviews of all sub-contractors’ baseline schedules
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7 -10 years’ experience in developing and managing building and infrastructure projects.
High level Experience using the critical path method technique with Primavera.
High level of experience in schedule preparation, schedule integration and variance analysis.
Experience with claim analysis and EVMS
Experience managing/ leading teams.
Experience working with large and challenging teams.
Proven experience in effectively reporting and communicating schedule variances and recommendations to wider project team.
Experience in preparing high level project reports and documentation.
