Description We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our detail oriented services team in New York, New York. This role involves designing and implementing robust AI architectures and development frameworks, as well as translating business opportunities and requirements into high-level technical AI solutions. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems, and for overseeing the technical lifecycle of AI projects from initial design to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust AI architectures and development frameworks.

• Translate business opportunities and requirements into high-level technical AI solutions.

• Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

• Oversee the technical lifecycle of AI projects from initial design to deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of AI solutions with business goals.

• Maintain and improve existing AI systems and processes.

• Utilize skills in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn to develop and implement AI solutions.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure that our solutions remain current and competitive.

• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed. Requirements • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proficient in Python, with practical exposure and usage of packages like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn is essential.

• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.

• Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.

• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Superior analytical skills and the ability to develop complex algorithms.

• Able to work in a team, collaborate with different individuals and organizations to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in a highly dynamic environment.
