Overview
(m)PHASIZE is looking for future dynamic thought leaders in the field of marketing analytics and predictive modeling. Analysts will work closely with Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents on all aspects of analytics work, from data collection and processing, hypothesis testing and model development, programming and model construction, and model interpretation.
This role is largely for working with a major pharmaceutical client and as such experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial, though not required.
Responsibilities
Position Accountabilities
Implement statistical modeling and analytic process in all stages of client projects while ensuring scientific and business integrity.
Deliver statistical and managerial interpretation of the results to client team
Standardize and automate analytic process to gain efficiency.
Execute empirical tests of newly developed concepts in early stage of products
Keep abreast with new development of analytic methods in academia and industry research
Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analytics
Qualifications
For Manager level candidates:
Work Experience & Education Requirements
3-5 years of marketing analytics experience with proven track record in statistical modeling and computational programming skill using statistical packages, with an emphasis on machine learning. The role will require the candidate to be able to translate the technical details related to statistical modeling into plain language for clients to understand.
Experience managing a team of 2-4 people a plus.
Experience in business and marketing/advertising data.
Graduate level coursework or degree in statistics, mathematics, or econometrics.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry a plus
Job Requirements
Ability to translate client needs into a business plan and solution. Proficiency in statistical models (multivariate, linear & nonlinear, Bayesian, or time-series models; optimization techniques, and quantitative marketing research (Marketing Mix, Discrete Choice, or Forecasting), importantly the ability to use these models to solve problems.
Ability to debug code
Experience with R or Python.
Hands-on experience with Nielsen / IRI data, and marketing/media data a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Compensation Range: $81,500 - $128,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
