Manager, Deals Strategy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. Support leading companies originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Through data driven insights assist clients to move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company. Support companies to navigate the accounting and financial reporting challenges of business combinations. Work with developing roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determining the appropriate professionals needed, and considering financial reporting implications for deals. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach teams.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $197,000/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Working with various aspects of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations;•Assisting with strategic planning and business reviews; growth, market entry and international expansion, and market opportunity sizing;•Utilizing business software technology, including the Microsoft Office suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access; and,•Working with at least one of the following technology tools: Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, R, Python, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Balsamiq, or Miro.80% telecommuting permitted.
