What You Will Do:

The Professional Products Division’s Digital Team is seeking a Creative Talent & Project Manager to join the division’s Content Center. This is a cross-functional position, working closely with our brand, e-retail, and digital teams – reporting to the Digital Content Director. You will be primarily responsible for the talent coordination and project management of Content Center briefs for the PPD brands, establishing a flourishing network of content creators and brand advocates to promote our products and drive our consumers down the purchasing funnel. This role will help support the Content Director, Content Sr. Manger and Content Manager by leading all talent communications, both internally and through agency partners, and managing project deadlines and workflows accordingly.

  • Lead all aspects of creator-led content development with end-to-end project management and execution

  • Work with internal and external partners to source talent (ensuring they meet established criteria including brand alignment, content quality, promotional tactics, etc.) for video and photo assets used across e-retail, media, and social

  • Own relationships with talent, talent agencies and all respective third-party vendors to facilitate creative development

  • Build talent briefs, scripts, storyboards and production guidelines in partnership with the Content Manager, Content Sr. Manager and brand teams

  • Identify relevant and up-and-coming creators/brand advocates through social media and find new creator opportunities across emerging platforms and verticals

  • Track project deadlines, manage workflows and lead internal/external meetings to ensure projects are aligned with campaign goals and are on track through completion/release

  • Monitor, analyze and leverage learnings from performance, to identify talent impact as well as earned and owned opportunities for the brand

  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends and social capabilities – including tech features and updates, native listening and algorithm changes, etc., and build them into best practices and new approaches for talent

  • Collaborate with the Digital Content team and cross-functional partners in reviewing content and providing feedback for talent

  • Lead talent onboarding and briefing calls

  • Negotiate rates, manage talent agreements and draft creator contracts in line with project specifications and L’Oréal legal guidelines

  • Manage and organize a database of all creators, their information and relationships to the brands

  • Collaborate with the Advocacy and Influencer team to identify and lead opportunities to community build and strengthen relationships with creators to generate genuine brand advocates and long-term partnerships

  • Manage and track budgets for internal team, brand teams and talent

  • Facilitate payment for creators or third-party vendors

  • Stay on top of administrative tasks that support the production workflow, including product shipping, placing shop orders, opening POs, etc.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5 years in content production and/or talent management

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing end-to-end projects independently

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has ability to shoot and edit lofi video content.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs

  • Experience with influencer/creator marketplaces
