We are seeking a Senior Manager within the Marketing Activation team. This position will be responsible for driving and supporting initiatives across mobility promotions & value proposition.
What you'll be doing...
Shaping yearly and quarterly strategies and narratives to deliver on key business/marketing objectives.
Serving as the strategic lead on individual initiatives - partnering with business unit leaders on priority objectives, crafting briefs, GTM plans and channel plans, providing strategic guidance and feedback to cross-functional teams and agencies, collaborating on media plans and tactics, inputting on CX touchpoints, and stakeholdering plans with leaders.
Driving understanding and accountability to business results.
Uncovering problem areas and developing solutions to ensure/improve effectiveness for current marketing initiatives. Identifying patterns.
Establishing best practices for future efforts - including leading E2E campaign post-mortems.
Collaborating with research partners to uncover actionable consumer insights, test strategies, optimize creative messaging and more.
Six or more years of experience required, this can be a combination of work and/or military service, or specialized training.
Experience developing marketing/campaign/comms strategies.
Experience with consumer research, in-market tracking and creative optimization.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and deck-building
Experience building cross-functional relationships and influence.
Experience managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
