The role

The New York / Washington, D.C. office of Clifford Chance US LLP seek a senior associate/counsel level attorney to join its market-leading Structured Finance practice with experience representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities and warehouse facilities.

Your experience

The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school;

• High academic achievement;

• Strong interest in the subject area, entrepreneurial and a team-player;

• Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York / D.C. Bar; and

• Prior experience in a peer law firm
