Our client, a global investment firm, seeks a dynamic, passionate People Analytics, Data Science & Reporting Analyst to join the team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses excellent data analytics skills, advanced proficiency in softwares such as Power BI, Excel, and Python, and a passion for data visualization. As a member of the human capital analytics team, this person will be a curator of employee data and leverage it to empower strategic and operational talent questions. Excellent interpersonal communications, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in data retrieval and transformation are all key characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. - Bachelors Degree, required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence programs.
- People analytics experienced, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a methodical, detail-oriented mindset.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
