We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Machine Operator with CNC programming experience to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in operating and programming press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. Experience in metalworking is preferred, and an understanding of CNC programming will be essential for this role.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, punch, and form metal plates and sheets.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to set up machines and program CNC controls.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate production.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Program CNC controls based on job specifications and make adjustments as necessary.
Perform regular maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
The essential functions of this role include:
