KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC seeks Principal in New York, NY (multiple positions available). DUTIES: Consult with cross functional teams of the business to gather feedback and design and develop technology solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of the business and ensure agreement with all partners on system guidelines. Ensure all potential technology solutions are adequately researched based on business needs, determine optimal technology fit based on cost/value add to the business. Responsible for ensuring technology solutions are implemented appropriately by overseeing the installation and configuration of new technology solutions and/or system upgrades. Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic technology plans aligned with KKR's overall vision. Study KKR’s existing systems architecture to make recommendations on how technology can improve processes and provide better data for investment decision-making. Drive the analysis, design, build, and delivery phases of the technology roadmap. Develop, design, extend, and maintain front office Everest order management system. Responsible for the development of technical solutions for effective cash management and cash trading. Serve as an IT subject matter expert and intermediary for business stakeholders (e.g. Traders, Portfolio Managers, and Operations Professionals Financial Analysts). Review the work of junior team members who identify and translate business needs into IT project deliverables and ensure the technology solutions take into account all stakeholder feedback. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week. Up to 10% travel required (domestic and international)REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Physics, or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience as a Tech Developer, Business/Project Analyst, IT Consultant, Vice President, IT Development Manager or related occupation. This position requires 5 years of experience with: financial industry; working with Allvue Everest fixed income portfolio/trade management system; gap analysis, business requirements and documentation, and project management.This position requires 4 years of experience with: SQL programming; and portfolio management, trade settlement, treasury, cash management, middle office operations, and liability management.This position requires 3 years of experience with: SS&C Geneva fund accounting system; SQL Server Reporting Services programming; and workflow management tools. Up to 10% travel required (domestic and international). Full-time. Salary: $205,000 - $225,000 per year.
