Job Title: Product DesignerJob Description: Champion a culture of user-centered design for our technology platform, ensuring our consumers have seamless interactions when using our products by designing interfaces for user-friendly technology. Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. Use web framework applications as well as client-side code and processes. Design complete user flows that fit into a larger design system, simplifying complexity by breaking down problems and developing actionable solutions. Contribute positive behavior design, ideas, and solutions to help customers develop healthy financial habits, and foster collaborative relationships with Engineering, Product, and Growth. Contribute to constructive design reviews and deliver quality products. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time from anywhere in the United States.Job Requirements:•Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Product Design, or a related field.•Six months of experience in web or product design, including experience in: oConducting user research and designing products that are user-friendly, easy to use and meet the needs of the target audience; oCreating mockups, prototypes, and conducting usability testing; oCollecting quantitative and qualitative data during the test, including metrics such as success rates and completion times, as well as subjective feedback from participants; oUnderstanding the accessibility principles and guidelines; oDesigning user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use; oDesigning and architecting mobile application products and features; and oDesigning and developing change requirements for web-based software applications.Position at Imprint Payments, Inc. in New York, NY.
