This role is an exciting chance to join our newly launched travel media network, Kinective Media℠ by United Airlines. At Kinective Media, we believe in creating meaningful connections between travelers and brands through utilizing our award-winning loyalty program, MileagePlus. By leveraging insights from travel behaviors of over 165 million annual United flyers, Kinective Media connects customers to personalized, real-time advertising, content, experiences and offers from leading brands. We provide marketers with unparalleled opportunities to engage with their target audiences across various channels, including our award-winning mobile app and Inflight entertainment screens and more, pre, during, and post journey.

Key Responsibilities:

We are a seeking a collaborative and experienced data product manager with digital advertising expertise that is excited to drive the development and execution of a groundbreaking audience and targeting roadmap

  • Deliver the strategic product roadmap, working closely with business teams, for Kinective Media’s audience targeting, data collaboration, and customer identity solutions

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver privacy safe, innovative, and performant 1P audiences to brand advertisers

  • Manage the process of defining audiences for targeting, sharing insights with partners, and compiling performance reports of audience groups for client accounts

  • Work cross-functionally across Kinective Media by United, airline, and privacy team counterparts to enhance our customer identity to maximize personalization for the customer experience

  • Communicate detailed product requirements and work closely with the Engineering and Data teams to build new data products and features.

  • Build a collaborative working relationship with sales and partnerships management to compile business and customer insights to advise product roadmap

  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the advertising industry to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of product management in an advertising environment

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, audience strategy, 1P data, data privacy and industry trends of addressable commerce media

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of digital advertising platforms, DSPs, relational databases, and data analytics tools

  • Proven track record of working independently to develop and execute successful product strategies to drive business growth

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment across functions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's degree

  • Computer Science or Software Engineering

  • Proficiency in SQL or Python

The salary for this position is $100,950 to $148,060, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
