Citigroup Product Specialist in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Specialist for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Lead creation of a vision and strategy and drive roadmap prioritization and execution for initiatives in the Commercial Lending transformation space, utilizing digital transformation tools and macro and micro-economic trends. Provide prioritized requirements for the build and launch of digital lending capabilities to increase client satisfaction and revenue and decrease costs for Citi Commercial Bank, and drive implementation of supporting process changes to enable adoption of digital tools. Set Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) for the success of the lending transformation initiatives and implement frameworks to measure regularly. Communicate status of initiatives and oversee accountable owners and tasks clearly and timely. Communicate vision and value of capabilities to internal stakeholders through direct selling and creation of marketing / awareness materials in order to maximize adoption. Partner with internal and 3rd party technology teams to drive best-in-class product development supported by the effective implementation of agile ceremonies and practices and the prioritization of scalable, future-proof technology solutions enabling integration across financial platforms (internal and external). Build and maintain yearly/quarterly/monthly product roadmap, leveraging analysis performed on market competitors. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Economics, Management, Finance, or related field and 3 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Product Specialist, IT Business Lead Analyst, Analyst, Senior Analyst, Consultant, or related position involving digital transformation efforts of business, products, processes, and systems in the financial services industry. 3 years of experience must include: End-to-end software development lifecycle; Digital transformation tools and frameworks; and Agile and scrum methodology. At least 2 years of experience must include: Application Programming Interface technologies; Strategic frameworks for corporate innovation and approaches to measure financial KPIs; Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence software; Macro & micro-economics trends in relation to commercial lending and financial services; Industry benchmarking and peer analysis tools and frameworks; and User experience design systems, including InVision. 10% US and international travel required.
