MBH Architects New York, P.C. is hiring a Project Manager (Architectural Design). Under the supervision of a licensed staff architect, the Project Manager (Architectural Design) will guide project teams through an entire architecture project, including development and adherence to project scope, budget, schedule and work plan. Must be able to thoroughly understand client objectives and deliver projects that meet professional and technical standards. Other responsibilities include delegating work assignments based on project scope and each team member’s skill set, mentor junior staff and designers, maintain positive client relations, contract documentation, project scheduling and budget oversite and revenue projections.Education / Experience Requirements: Master's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture/Interior Design, or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer, or in a related occupation.Special Requirements: Two (2) years of experience with Revit; leading project teams; managing project schedules and budgets; project management software; and managing client relationships.Job Location: 50 Hudson St., New York, NY 10013Salary: $102,000/year.Interested applicants: Please send resumes to resumes@mbharch.com.
