"Project Manager - Design & ProductionPosition OverviewThe Project Manager - Design & Production will oversee and coordinate all aspects of design and production projects, ensuring that creative operations align with the goals of our consumer packaged goods (CPG) initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity and project management skills to facilitate the development and delivery of design systems and adaptations in a timely manner.This role is a 40 hour a week role through the end of the year with a possibility of extension into 2025. It is T-TH ONSITE in NYC and M/F work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate design and production projects from concept through completionCollaborate with creative teams to develop and implement design systemsEnsure adherence to project timelines and budgetsFacilitate communication between stakeholders and project teamsMonitor project progress and address any challenges that ariseOversee artwork delivery workflows to ensure quality and accuracyUtilize project management tools such as monday.com and Smartsheets to track progressAnticipate potential problems and propose solutions to maintain project efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in project management within a design and production environmentStrong knowledge of creative operations and design systemsExperience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industryExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in GSuite and project management softwareAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and assertivenessUnderstanding of color theory, typography, and shape language is a plusExperience with content design is desirableFamiliarity with budget management and time management techniquesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
