Randstad is supporting a large financial corporation who is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team in New York City. This individual will analyze business needs, manage change, and work with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes—especially those related to transaction reporting and legal compliance. Responsibilities

  • Managing Change Projects: You'll work on projects that involve significant changes to how the business operates. These changes could be due to business goals (like launching new products or improving processes), regulatory requirements (legal rules the company must follow), or market changes (adapting to new financial industry standards).

  • Prioritizing and Implementing Projects: You'll help decide which projects are the most important and then lead the process to implement them. Some projects may be about improving the customer experience or increasing efficiency, while others may be mandatory to comply with laws or regulations.

  • Working with Various Teams: You'll collaborate with multiple departments such as Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal to make sure the changes are implemented effectively. Each team will play a role depending on the scale and complexity of the project.

  • Project Involvement: Sometimes, you'll manage the entire project from start to finish. In other cases, you'll only be responsible for part of the project, such as writing the business case (why the project is needed), gathering requirements, or overseeing user testing to ensure everything works correctly.
