Our client, an International Bank, is seeking a Receptionist-Mandarin to join their team. As a Receptionist-Mandarin, you will be part of the Administration department supporting Branch Senior Management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Receptionist-Mandarin
Location: New York, NY 10172 (Remote)
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
What's the Job?
Greet and welcome guests, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
Provide secretarial support to Senior Management, including translation and logistical arrangements.
What's Needed?
Bilingual in Chinese to communicate effectively with Head Office.
Good organizational and communication skills, with flexibility and adaptability.
High attention to detail and the ability to foresee needs.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Keen sense of judgment with a business orientation.
