Key Responsibilities:
You will develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Define and execute territory / vertical / partner sales plans for the US territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the region.
You possess practical experience and a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the US landscape and associated business processes of enterprise customers. You will develop and manage a sales pipeline in the CRM. Simultaneously prospecting, assessing and moving numerous opportunities through the sales funnel, while providing accurate weekly reports and forecasts.
You will develop and manage the Business Development Team.
You will coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support, presales, partner presales and the distribution eco-system. Working with Solutions Consultants, you will provide product demos and general support to prospects.
You will stay informed of the competitive landscape, including competitor's issues and products.
You will practice effective communication with management, team members, support staff and customers.
You will initiate and participate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
You will travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts (travel is greatly reduced as a safety precaution during the pandemic).

Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience for a martech SaaS/PaaS/CRM company, or from digital ad agencies implementing projects within the software product and services domain with responsibility for digital / marketing strategies.
Highly driven sales hunter and leader operating with an innate strong sense of urgency and execution focus who uplifts, mentors, and drives team-wide success. Possess a good understanding of cloud platforms/architecture, and the implementation lifecycle
Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory Domain. CRM, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, Predictive Modelling, or similar background/experience. Complex sales to Business Units or CIO or CMO offices.
You are a Sales Cycle Expert with mastery of the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle (including Value Selling). You have expertise at the transactional & enterprise Level. You lead prospects and customers as opposed to reacting to customer requests. You know how to "drive a deal.
You have experience collaborating with channel partners and can nurture a partner channel landscape.
Excellent Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
College graduate, preferably with a STEM, Marketing, or Business degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication, along with virtuoso presentation skills.
A proven track record of generating successful proof-of-concept plans
