Staffmark Investment LLC Sales Lead Specialist (Remote) in New York, New York

Hunter Hamilton continues to partner with a global medical device manufacturer seeking a Sales Lead Specialist to join their Inside Sales Team! Sales Lead Specialists are needed across the US in this FULLY REMOTE role, and we are looking for outgoing individuals who excel at building relationships in a telephone-based role. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the business in this temp-to-hire role and grow with the organization.
The Sales Lead Specialist will be responsible for the tactical execution of the new customer acquisition strategy as well as collaborating with our sales team to ensure the successful transfer of a qualified lead.
Position Summary:
* Responsible for making outbound calls to consumers/patients who have expressed an interest in the product(s).
* Responsible for handling inbound calls from consumers generated through physicians' offices as well as through marketing programs.
* Introduce the sales process to potential consumers
* Respond to consumer inquiries in a timely manner
* Generate qualified leads out of potential clients by converting marketing generated leads, and then passing those leads to another member of the sales team.

Position Requirements:
* Associates Degree preferred
* Must have excellent communication and strong relationship building skills
* Spanish Fluency preferred
* Experience in medical software (EMR/PM)
* Experience in a medical practice
* Salesforce/CRM competency a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
