The Customer Growth Marketing team within GCS develops integrated marketing strategies across channels delivering customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch to drive high levels of product satisfaction and long-term engagement among our customers.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Senior Analyst on the Small Business Customer Growth Marketing team (SBCGM), you will lead and support execution and strategic projects for growing customer treatments within the Email (EM) and Direct Mail (DM) channels. This person will be responsible for leading and driving critical, high-priority campaigns and will manage key growth initiatives that will enhance the customer experience. As a member of the SBCGM team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team that is at the forefront of driving innovative and strategic marketing campaigns to our Small Business customers. This is a highly visible, fast paced, and dynamic role that demands an innovative approach to acquisition marketing, creative development, and testing.
This Sr. Analyst role is a terrific opportunity to drive growth for our business by expanding the relationships we have with our customers. This person should have a track record of delivering projects on time by mastering execution and influencing partners along the way. The Sr. Analyst will be in close collaboration with various partners across the business including Marketing, Product, Risk, Technology and Finance.
This position is ideal for someone with exceptional project management skills, a passion for developing and delivering customer first content, an acute attention to detail, and a vision for scaling channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Tech, treatment partners, and other key go-to-market partners to deliver projects while remaining compliant, scaling existing treatments, and understanding key drivers of resultsstemming from product portfolio strategies
Lead creative development with external creative agencies and collaborate with cross-functional partners and colleagues throughout the enterprise to implement campaigns for direct channels, creating compelling value-first communications to drive consideration, conversion, and engagement
Develop test and learn curriculum to lift organic growth through targeted treatments in response to customer behavior
Forecast and develop key insights to enable decision-making: optimizecampaigns and accelerate existing execution practices to get results by using & analyzing data and customer insights for your treatment
Lead, evaluate and optimize email and direct mail communications, offers, and triggersto improve channel effectiveness and ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints
Minimum Qualifications
2 – 5 years of professional experience (marketing experience preferred)
Exceptional project management: A master in campaign execution, highly organized, and the ability tonavigate complex processes to deliver on timelines
Strong communication skills : Has the ability to get results through collaboration and influence with key partners & collaborators
Robust analytical skills : Has the ability to draw insights and drive strategy by using data; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Innovator : * * Passionate about challenging the status quo anda solutions-oriented problem solver with a strong customer focus, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving strategies in an ever-changing environment
Sense of humor, growth mindset, and passion for continued learning
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
