The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to Members lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience while also serving as a key source of funding for the Company.
With an industry-leading value proposition, the debit card is first-of-its-kind for AXP and a product differentiator for the checking account. The Senior Analyst, Product Management, will be an essential part of the core team designing and executing on debit and cash strategy. This person will contribute to enabling the value proposition and product features, as well as partnering cross-functionally to lead key projects. With a focus on driving growth and adoption, this role is an incredible opportunity to support the strategic roadmap for the product, ensure flawless execution of feature launches, contribute to issue remediation for existing features and identify future enhancements that meets customers’ current and emerging needs.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Collaborate to design and launch new debit features to meet customer needs and drive innovation in the marketplace
Maintain processes across multiple projects and collaborators to support best in class customer experiences
Manage scorecards and monitor key success metrics and performance for debit, cash and MR engagement
Develop strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders within Product Development, GMNS, MR, GCO & Compliance, Servicing and Marketing
Derive insights from customer touchpoints, external environment and competitive set
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit & thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
Team player with a passion to build the best customer experience for our Card Members
Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work with partners across different functions and communicate with all levels of colleagues
Solution-oriented thinker, with ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive results
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
Product management experience preferred
Intellectual curiosity within the Banking space and understanding of the external landscape
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
