The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Experiential Product Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for using ResyOS to support how we build booking UX for brand experiences as well as data analysis and reporting for all consumer dining events and programs. The role is highly collaborative as you will work cross-functionally with many internal partners' across Resy and American Express.

This role works closely with Experiential Managers, agencies, and internal AMEX teams to execute consumer events booked through the Resy platform. They are responsible for vetting product capabilities, ticketing strategy, venue creation, event build out, product consultation, and event reporting. The ticketing manager will also work with product services and engineering for approval on event release timelines, bug escalations, and gating.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead event booking set up and product strategy for Resy Consumer events and experiences

  • Work closely with restaurant partners to ensure booking experiences are built and executed with their collaboration

  • Liaise with engineering and product teams to be an expert in new features and troubleshoot any issues relating to Resy products in connection to events dining programming.

  • Serve as ResyOS product SME for Marketing Team to inform product roadmap and large consumer marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with the Implementation and Account Management team on event ticketing build outs, SOPs, ongoing processes more

  • Collaborate with the data team to develop methodology for measurement and attribution of dining events and programming

  • Support experiential team on other tasks including but not limited to, event ideation, market research and preparing presentation decks

  • Help to manage VIP guest attendance for brand events

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have working knowledge of reservation-management systems and restaurant operations

  • Proficiency with data analysis required (i.e. Looker, Excel, Adobe Analytics)

  • You have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, a strong technological aptitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • You are coachable, self-motivated, and a fast learner

  • You have strong communication skills, both written and over the phone

  • You have excellent time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks

  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Understand what it means to have hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond for restaurant partners

  • You are passionate about restaurants and the restaurant industry

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
