Position Summary

KINESSO is seeking an energetic, proactive, and analytically minded person to join our organic insights team. The Web Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for helping KINESSO clients understand how their online presence drives business results while maintaining the integrity of that data through their various website analytics platforms. This role supports the development, implementation, and management of web analytics and tagging strategies for KINESSO clients. The job includes a great deal of client contact and collaboration between teams such as paid, owned, and earned media in addition to CRM, creative, and web development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver successful web analytics tactics based on direction from media and SEO leads.
  • Work with Web Analytics team lead to audit and implement web analytics properties across Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Work with Web Analytics team lead to develop segmentation, tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate tracking of website activity.
  • Create automated client dashboards and large-scale reports that yield qualitative and quantitative trends.
  • Collect and analyze data sets to create insights to improve website engagement, client website goals, and overall business KPIs.
  • Produce data-backed recommendations to partners and clients to shape business goals (website, media, non-digital).
  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop and track required tags and details of web analytics initiatives.
  • Create reports with specific data-backed recommendations based on total website performance as well as Media channel-specific recommendations.
  • Maintain project management processes to manage multiple web analytics projects at once.
  • Deliver presentations and reports to marketing teams and other client stakeholders to explain and illustrate complex analytical findings.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Ample experience in web analytics is essential for this role; candidates who do not possess relevant experience will not be considered.
  • Google Tag Manager experience, specifically creating/editing tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Google Analytics certification or Adobe Analytics equivalent with experience managing and manipulating accounts, properties, and views.
  • Familiarity with at least one online dashboard platform.
  • Client management and presentation experience, preferably within the Fortune 500.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly around explaining and illustrating technical concepts to those in non-technical roles.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
