Position SummaryAs a Senior Associate, Talent Operations you play a key role in identifying ways to improve human resource processes as to ensure consistency and integrity of information, programs, policies, and procedures. As a Sr. Ops Associate, you wear "two hats" - one, providing and ensuring back-end HR operational effectiveness, and two, as an extended member of the HR Business Partner team, providing direct support to HR and employees. This role is targeted toward growth within a Human Resources career path.
Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks to achieve consistency and integrity of information, programs, and policies & procedures
- Conduct employee reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations where applicable
- Complete transactions in Workday and other HR systems related to changes throughout the employee life cycle (new hire, termination, transfer, merit increase, etc.)
- Oversee employee involuntary termination process - including pulling RIF analysis reports, creating termination paperwork, entering term information into OMCC and Workday
- Assist HR Business Partners with voluntary resignation processes: conduct exit interviews, report exit trends
- Effectively interact with internal clients at all levels and across departments both within and outside of Human Resources, most notably with IT, Office Services, and Finance
- Mentor and on-board new team members by providing guidance and training of systems, processes and related best practices
- Partner with HR Business Partners on projects and agency initiatives that enhance culture, provide insight and bring value
- Help IPG MB HR team improve utilization of HR platforms and resources, including but not limited to: Workday, Vantage/Fiori, OMCC, Microsoft Teams
- Proactively assess current Talent Operations practices and work with leadership to create efficiencies and recommend improvements
- Provide outstanding HR service to agency leadership and employee population
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum one year in role as a Talent Operations Associate at IPG or comparable work experience outside of the IPG network
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail, but without losing sight of the big picture
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning and working in various online systems; Workday experience a huge plus
- Extremely customer-service focused with proactive communication and a sense of urgency
- A collaborative, team-player mind-set
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity
- Confident interacting with internal employees across all departments and levels
- Highly resourceful and efficient - looks for ways to work smarter, better, faster
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex topics in a manner people can easily understand
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel prowess

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
