Senior Financial Analyst, Regional & Florida Operations-Based in NYC
50% in office required

Overview:
This position will part of the Finance team responsible for Regional and Florida Financial Operations. The Senior Analyst will report to the Director of Finance, Regional & Florida Operations and the team will be responsible for the financial operations of HSS’s joint ventures and regional outpatient centers.
Key Responsibilities
Financial modeling and analysis in support of budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
Work collaboratively with the operations and financial planning teams to develop key assumptions for financial modeling, budgets, and projections.
Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure that all financial activities are included in financial statements
Assist in the preparation of joint venture board agendas and materials
Maintain a clear understanding of key operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic issues
Key Skills
Collaborative, with strong relationship building skills
Perform financial analyses using various methodologies
Build robust and efficient financial models to forecast under various operating scenarios
Detailed, thorough, organized, reliable, and accountable
Ability to proactively and efficiently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Ability and desire to quickly learn new things
Ability to disseminate detail analysis and communicate (written and verbal) to various audiences in a focused and clear manner
Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience in quantitative financial modeling and / or accounting
Demonstrated ability to work within complex financial forecasting models
Experience in working with data analytics in excel
Knowledge of hospital / healthcare industry preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree required

Pay Range - Minimum
USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Pay Range - Maximum
USD $110,000.00/Yr.
