Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Internal Communications professional to join our Global Internal Communications team to lead our ‘Internal Experiences and Events’ function. This role will primarily focus on designing and producing internal events (both in-person and hybrid) that align with our IC strategy and advance our company priorities. From global town halls to panels, special events, annual summits and more, this is an opportunity to create new ways of coming together.

Your Impact:

  • Create and implement an internal experiences and events strategy to connect and engage our workforce – with a renewed focus on in-person live events through the rest of 2024 and into 2025.

  • Produce high-impact internal events, including global town halls and all-hands sessions, driving for high-engagement and informative content, aligning with our Publicis Sapient core values.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, messaging, and success metrics.

  • Develop original content and coach partners on messages, materials and more.

  • Maintain effective communication of all internal events and ensure consideration of accessibility to our global workforce to ensure maximum attendance across time zones, languages, and cultures.

  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of internal experiences and events, with data-driven decision-making, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Craft and distribute high-quality communications in conjunction with internal experiences (such as newsletter entries, emails, intranet updates, and executive messages).

  • Ensure that all internal experiences and events align to company messaging, and compliment wider communications activity from the team across content and channels.

  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and stakeholders across the company, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experiences in internal communications or a related role within a large, global organization.

  • Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Expertise as an executive partner and strategic advisor.

  • Comfortable with Generative AI tools, welcoming its potential as a collaborative partner

  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual event management.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders around the world and at all levels of the organization.

  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to make strong connections with the c-suite and other key stakeholders around the business.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills as an agile and innovative thinker, with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to ambiguity and navigate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

  • Understanding of best practices for Communications, Events Management, Marketing principles and Media strategy.

A Tip from the Hiring Manager:

  • An understanding of the tech industry, digital business transformation, and Publicis Sapient's work would be advantageous.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
