Axonius Inc Senior Manager of Brand, Content and Customer Marketing in New York, New York

Overview: The Senior Manager of Brand, Content, and Customer Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster customer loyalty. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of brand management, content marketing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company goals, values, and target audience preferences.
    • Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    • Oversee the implementation of brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and cohesion in all brand communications.
  2. Content Strategy and Development:
    • Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, engaging content across various formats and channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, social media posts, and more.
    • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation purposes.
  3. Customer Marketing and Engagement:
    • Develop and execute customer marketing programs to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
    • Segment customer base and develop targeted marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve the customer experience.
  4. Campaign Management and Execution:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and creative teams, to develop campaign messaging, assets, and timelines.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster individual growth and team success.
    • Set clear goals and expectations, and establish processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, content marketing, and customer marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

$160,000$185,000 USD
