Senior Manager, Salesforce Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Assist clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $182,000/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.Any one or more of the following Certification(s) required: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Developer, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service ConsultantMust have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Applying expertise in software configuration, mobile solutions, Apex coding, as well as Visualforce coding in Salesforce in order to develop custom solutions.•Developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations;•Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications; and•Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations. 80% telecommuting permitted.
