Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc Senior Mgr/Associate Director, HR - Talent Acquisition in New York, New York

The Sr. Manager/Associate Director, HR - Talent Acquisition will manage all aspects of full cycle recruitment from requisition through offer stage, provide strong partnership and recruitment guidance to hiring managers and ensure a positive experience for candidates that highlights all ITCI has to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and responsibilities, and the competencies required for open position.

  • Post jobs and proactively source candidates via networking, LinkedIn, professional organizations, and other relevant sources.

  • Manage talent portal in ADP, company LinkedIn page, and build out and maintain career page of company website.

  • Review applicant backgrounds, phone screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Interview candidates and schedule interviews for hiring manager and interview team.

  • Meet with hiring managers on a regularly to review recruitment progress.

  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offers for HR and hiring manager approval.

  • Review, update, and streamline the recruitment processes.

  • Responsible for preparing and filing various government required reports including, but not limited to the EEO-1 and VETS 100 reports.

  • Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, HRCI PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP certification preferred.

  • 6+ years of internal company recruitment experience in pharma or biotech required with experience handling recruitment from the requisition through offer stage across all functions with strong R&D recruitment familiarity required.

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with and manage recruitment for senior management.

  • Solid knowledge of HR employment laws.

  • Strong experience sourcing candidates and building candidate pipelines.

  • Experience building out and maintaining the career page of a company website and creating a strong recruitment digital presence.

  • Experienced networker with advanced skills using LinkedIn and other sources to identify candidates.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Proven track record building effective recruitment processes and developing strong relationships with hiring managers.

  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now talent acquisition module strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience and responsibility for filing government required reports such as the EEO-1 report a plus.

Senior Manager/Associate Director Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Salary Range: $140-$180K
