Description

The Senior Product Manager creates, maintains, and communicates the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their product area(s). They are responsible for discovering, delivering, and optimizing products and capabilities that fundamentally transform how our consumers can find, purchase and enjoy beauty products across our global portfolio of brands. This is a key role that works collaboratively with brands, business partners, solution architects, designers, and delivery teams. You’ll help shape our culture and our people and be an ambassador for Product Management and for the Global Digital Experience Team. 

The Senior Product Manager must have ample experience managing enterprise level projects for multiple markets, with strong experience specifically in the eCommerce space. The Product Manager should understand intricacies related to eCommerce fulfillment logistics, local relevance related to features in the online purchase funnel, and customer experience best practices for customer identity, privacy, and account features on our websites.

Responsibilities

· Establish vision, strategy, and execution of digital products and services through understanding of strategic brand direction, technology architecture and big picture consumer needs.

· Ideate, build and implement great digital products and experiences that deliver business value and improved consumer experiences.

· Create and communicate product strategy across organizations and teams to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives.

· Promote inclusive and innovative culture and principles within cross functional teams, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence.

· Build product learning agendas and OKRs to measure success/failure.

· Inspire, enable, and empower cross functional teams to execute with a sense of urgency.

· Proactively influence cross-department agendas to deliver human centered outcomes that balance short- and long-term objectives.

· Use strategic and tactical thinking to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts; organize work in deep detail to align long term vision with iterative execution.

· Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.

Qualifications

· 6 years relevant experience, managing eCommerce initiatives for global enterprises related to business-facing content or data tools.

· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

· Executive presence with high business IQ.

· Deep understanding of eCommerce products, platforms, and technologies.

· Strong knowledge of human centered design principles. 

· Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

· Successful track record with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.

· Superior problem-solving with strong strategic, white-spacing thinking.   

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400 to $163,800. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
