Wells Fargo Senior Product Manager in NEW YORK, New York

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager within the Loyalty Solutions team in Consumer Lending. This Product Owner role will be responsible for implementing and delivering the rewards roadmap and product vision via an agile scrum team.

This role will involve being responsible for implementing and delivering the Loyalty product vision. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to set the product vision and work with the delivery team to deliver on that vision. You will translate the product vision and roadmap, by leveraging input from key stakeholders, into valuable product features that can be delivered by the Agile team. Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value. Drive requirements and lead backlog prioritization. Inspect pre-release progress, recommend changes, and ensure timelines are met.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives to provide solutions for business applications

  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, document and refine user stories

  • Provide direction for scrum team to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies

  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solution

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables

  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies

  • Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved

  • Collaborate with internal and external product partners to drive our business objectives and goals

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of credit card, system development or loyalty platform experience

  • Demonstrated Agile experience as a product owner

  • Experience working with CoBBRa/Argent

  • EIW knowledge and experience

  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership, collaborating with other business lines, external vendors and functional areas

  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change or recommend solutions

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives

  • Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to partners and leadership

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Ability to work independently

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday with 3 days in the office, with the option of 2 days from home

  • Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the addresses listed in the posting. Ability to provide and work from a home office

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $87,700 - $155,900

The salary range for this position in other posting locations is $73,100 - $129,900

Salary range is determined by location of the job.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
