About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Build out a comprehensive roadmap targeting expansion, enhancements, integration, and adoption of new capabilities/features
  • Define and implement a definition of success
  • Lead research into market trends, competitive analysis, user behavior data, and other relevant information to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define scope & timelines for upcoming releases/enhancements based on business priorities & constraints
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sales & Business Development Teams to align goals & objectives around product commercialization efforts
  • Ensure product quality by participating in testing activities throughout development cycle; provide feedback during usability studies or user interviews
  • Oversee implementation of product enhancements post release; monitor performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes are achieved according to plan
  • Manage relationships with external partners including vendors & consultants involved in product delivery process
  • Stay abreast of industry trends related to technology advancements & emerging technologies that could impact product offering & functionality over time
  • Support leadership decision making processes through regular reporting on progress towards stated goals & milestones

About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Product Manager if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience); MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum of five years' experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills - ability to communicate technical concepts clearly & concisely at all levels
  • Proficient computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, agile methodology, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proven track record of success driving large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies
  • Experience with legal services domain strongly preferred
  • Experience with people management

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $132,400 - $246,000. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
