eos Products, LLC has an opening for a Senior Product Marketing Manager in New York, NY. 40 hrs./wk. Duties include: Drive global brand development process across several product categories. Develop strategic innovations & their corresponding positioning to help drive brand growth across regions. Help to evolve global brand ambition, positioning, & portfolio architecture. Monitor & assess global competitive landscape & consumer trends to inform strategic interventions. Assess category performance over time & make recommendations for optimization. Lead industry & category specific trend-hunting to stay abreast of opportunities across product, design & implementation. Pilot consumer research plans to strengthen innovation pipeline & selling propositions. Coordinate, organize & evaluate product formula & fragrance submissions. Perform product reviews to ensure competitiveness of product & identify opportunities (aesthetics, delivery system, price, performance, claims & benefits). Develop & deliver Pre-Toolkits with production positioning & sell-in strategies to aid Regional Mktg / Commercial teams. Lead concepting & development of new product innovation pipeline across several product categories. Ensure consistent & clear cascade of category strategy to cross-functional business partners. Lead value analysis / cost engineering of in-line portfolio. Requires a Bachelor’s, or foreign equiv., in Business Mgmt., Marketing or related field plus 24 months exp. in job offered or Marketing. Will accept combination of degrees or diplomas. Special requirements: 2 yrs exp. with each: marketing relating to beauty or CPG; brand development or product mgmt. Remote working benefits/telecommuting position. Hybrid schedule. Work from office 2 times a week. Must reside within MSA of office worksite. ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $155,418-$175,000.
