aescape Inc. Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in New York, New York
Develop quality assurance and testing processes for software-based perception, trajectory planning, real-time controls and custom Android-based devices. Build quality assurance standards for robotics frameworks and middleware. Create detailed test plans to ensure high-quality software releases and integrate automated tests into software pipeline. Execute releases on a consistent release schedule and monitor changes in systems through metrics and logs. Position requires five years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Assurance Analyst or related position. Position also requires: experience developing quality assurance standards for hardware and software integration; Experience analyzing QA test results, interpreting trends and recommending corrective actions; Experience with JIRA, Java, ADB, Git and Jenkins; Experience testing and troubleshooting complex distributed systems and cloud-based features; Experience with the overall software development life cycle, including Agile methodology and Scrum; Experience with daily standups, sprint planning, product reviews, design reviews and retrospective meetings.
