Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for Small, Medium and Large businesses. The Operational Excellence (OE) team aims to ensure that GCS has a robust first line of defense, playing an active role in supporting the growth of business, meet its objectives and demonstrating an effective control framework. The Business Conduct/Sales Practices Team under OE is responsible for a cohesive Global Business Conduct Program, which aims to ensure a strong business risk culture that allows us to operate with the highest standards of sales compliance and conduct, as individuals and as a team.

The GCS Business Conduct Program framework consists of three (3) pillars: Prevention, Detection, and Resolution, and we apply the following four (4) elements below to ensure we drive effectiveness and consistent execution across these three pillars:

  • People/Communications

  • Policies & Procedures

  • Controls & Testing

  • Reporting & Analytics

The Sr. Analyst position under OE’s Business Conduct team will be responsible for program performance, development of controls, and testing activities to support business objectives within US including the Business Conduct roll-out and continual evolution. This position will also be assisting in strategizing and optimizing business processes including control tests.

The team member will work closely with Line of Business Compliance (LOBCO), GCO, GFE, and other team members within the GCS organization in order to comply with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager, GCS Operational Excellence – Business Conduct in NY.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Results Oriented – Track record of delivering results across multiple channels and initiatives

  • Relationship Builder and Collaborator – Confident and clear communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence business leaders / SMEs, and drive progress and decision making

  • Operational Knowledge – Strong knowledge of key operational metrics, levers and various servicing strategies and understanding of risk, controls, and compliance

  • Analytical Mindset – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to move quickly between big picture and detail and produce meaningful conclusions

  • Prioritization Expert– Strong process and project management skills; ability to prioritize appropriately, managing multiple projects/workstreams that will drive the greatest impact for the business

  • Innovation Driver – Seeks new ways to improve effectiveness, understands the latest conduct risk trends and has passion for innovation

  • Proactive Nature - Ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive results

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

  • Self-motivated, pro-active individual with an analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of teams and build effective working relationships.

  • Experience in business process improvement and driving governance requirements

  • Drive Results – Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change with time management. Strong in MS-Excel & PowerPoint

  • Information Analysis – Ability to work with large volume of data in through organized and systematic approach. Create clean, accurate records and meaningful reporting.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
