The Senior Project Manager L&D for Cytiva is responsible for managing the activities that will transform the L&D team into a world-class adaptive, scalable global Cytiva L&D organization.

Together we will build an intentional learning culture to increase skills, engagement, performance, attraction of talent at all levels by fostering psychological safety through emerging Technologies, providing relevant and effective learning and development solutions.

This position is part of the Global Cytiva L&D team and will be hybrid or fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Foster close collaboration with subject matter experts in L&D content creation & program design, to ensure program outcomes meet the identified needs.

  • Lead projects according to our Milestone/Tollgate based methodology, including key elements of project management: Project scope definition, Resource planning, Cost & Risk Management, Project schedule, Communication & Change Management.

  • Project lead the development and implementation of high-priority development programs & initiatives, ensuring they align with scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Assess L&D procedures and systems - suggest strategies for simplification, standardization, and improvement to enhance the learner's experience, validating these recommendations with relevant data points, functional requirements, and business case.

  • Collaborate with the L&D network in the organization to drive synergy, facilitate learning, and best practice sharing across the broader L&D community.

  • Mentor and enhance project management competencies within the L&D team, emphasizing general project management principles, visual project management, and daily operational management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Keen interest in L&D: learning theories, assessments, and evaluation methods, as well as Adult Learning Principles and innovative learning strategies

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification.

  • Experience and proven track record in project Management of corporate-wide, cross-functional processes and programs from initial scoping to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

  • Experience in DBS tools & techniques for processes to drive tangible improvements.

  • Excellent communicator & experience with stakeholder management

  • Strong organizational skills, an unwavering attention to detail and commitment to high Say/Do ratio.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Evaluation and simplification, standardization and improvements of business processes that increased operational and resource efficiencies.

  • CP in one or more DBS tools, such as TPI, PSP and VSM

  • Experience in a corporate learning and development setting.

The base salary range for this role is $96,000-$110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
