Nurture and amplify our partnerships by creating marketing plans with our Top 8 Global Financial intuition and relevance for PayPal through leveraging partner rewards platforms, channels and member offers.
Forge new network value by integrating Bank Partners and Rewards into PayPal’s other networks, such as SMB’s, Larger Enterprise Merchants, Global Strategic Accounts and Charity Network
Serve as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement. As the voice of customer, based on learnings and competitor analysis, provide valuable insights on product enhancements, new solutions and go-to market strategies.
Accelerate results through superior pipeline management, navigating internal and external product roadmaps, and influencing resource allocation.
Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across PayPal Inc. globally such as technology and product specialists, finance, sales and integration engineers, legal, risk, sales operations, marketing and other teams as appropriate to achieve desired results.
Analyze and interpret consumer engagement data in order to evaluate the effectiveness of messaging and campaigns
Guide partners to leverage consistent positioning & message design guidelines while advising on targeting segmentation focus, creative themes and consumer experiences
Be on top of marketing trends and news on culturally relevant brands to help guide and shape future marketing innovation and strategies
Track the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and plans, through a data insights and metrics driven approach, to measure progress and ensure alignment with business strategic priorities
Sets business plans, strategic goals for self and the team and partners with them to define a vision for the unit/area.
Put together clear recommendations to execute global programs that are ready to be localized.

REQUIRED SKILL SET
8+ years of marketing experience, in best-in-class consumer or financial services brand, loyalty marketing a plus
3+ years of progressive digital marketing experience required
2+ years of managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
2+ years of demonstrating strong project management skills including conceptualization; analysis; driving alignment; planning resources; managing milestones and objectives and be responsible for overall project, content or campaign success
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy or related field.
Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and accountable, with proven ability to both define and meet objectives and targets.
Strong financial and business acumen. As well as the ability to synthesize complex information into the essential points needed to inform decision-making
Ability to strike a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience leading cross-functional / matrix teams, through a clear and consistent line of sight regarding critical work activities
High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position communications discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels.
Proven outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal and visual
