The Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager to build scalable solutions for our internal and external partners. We seek a self-starter who can dive deep to understand disparate processes, learn and be curious about all areas of the program, and create simple solutions.
As the Sr. Program Manager in DSP Accountability, you will dive deep data and process, work backwards from the customer, and implement solutions. You will deeply understand processes, link inputs to outputs, and focus on desired outcomes. You will optimize existing processes, create structure in new areas, and build and scale mechanisms from the ground-up. You will effectively partner across Program, Product, and Technology teams across Last Mile. You will create and get buy-in for your roadmap, overcome obstacles, and deliver scalable solutions. You will have full ownership for your area, create metrics and monitor progress, recommend and implement solutions, and report on program effectiveness to leadership.

A day in the life
The DSP Compliance and Enforcement team is responsible for building mechanisms to monitor and enforce DSP compliance with the DSP Program Policies and Program Agreement in US, CA, MX, and BR. This role will support both the Monitoring and Enforcement Plan (MEP) and Breach of Contract (BOC) programs, specifically supporting MEP development for new or emerging risks facing the DSP business, assessing the effectiveness of existing MEPs and signals, and driving scalability and efficiency in our workflows and mechanisms.
Our stakeholders span the program, product, risk, analytics, and legal functions, and our primary customer is the AM DSP network.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PMP certificate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
